Walton Hall is a beautiful Georgian Mansion on an Island surrounded by a 26 acre lake accessible only by a picturesque iron footbridge. Within the grounds of Walton Hall is the purpose built Waterton Park Hotel, suituated on the mainland with views of the Hall and surrounding golf course. We have accommodation and function rooms available in both buildings.

Formerly the home of Charles Waterton an eccentric 19th century traveller and naturalist. The Squire transformed the lake and surrounding parkland into the worlds first nature reserve. Today the estate has been further enhanced with a Championship 18 hole Golf Course which surrounds the hotel and lake.

There surely can be no finer setting for your wedding day than a romantic Georgian mansion nestling on its own private island.

The Waterton Park Hotel & Walton Hall offer several reception rooms to accommodate from four to one hundred and forty guests. Our head chef has created a variety of menus for your special day. The menus can be tailored to suit your individual tastes.

With a Civil Ceremony licence we can cater for every aspect of your important day whether it be the ceremony itself, fine cuisine for your guests, splendid settings for photographs or a luxurious four poster bridal suite at the end of a very memorable day.

Included in our wedding package is a complimentary four poster bridal suite for the newly weds. We also offer reduced rates for accommodation for your guests.
