The Grand Hotel is one of the UK’s most magnificent Victorian hotels. Situated on the seafront at Eastbourne, it dominates the shoreline and enjoys a stunning outlook over the sea and, to the right, the cliffs at Beachy Head.

We have a licence for civil ceremonies and partnerships, so you can enjoy the convenience of holding both ceremony and celebrations at the same venue.

Our function rooms are both welcoming and gracious. They include the stunning architectural majesty of the Compton Room,
where we can accommodate up to 180 guests, the Silverdale Room where we can accommodate up to 200 guests, the Princes Room where we can accommodate up to 70 guests and the Arlington Room where we can accommodate up to 60 guests.

We will work closely with the bride and groom to ensure that everything is perfect from the Champagne cocktails to the floral arrangements. On the day itself, our beauticians can be on hand to pamper the bridal party and soothe last minute nerves, and when the celebrations are finally over, your romantic honeymoon suite awaits.
