The Assembly Rooms are situated on the corner of Maple Road,
Claremont Gardens and Surbiton Hill, 3 to 4 miles from the A3 Tolworth Junction. It is within walking distance
of Surbiton Main Railway station. It is also on many main bus routes from Kingston town centre and
surrounding areas. There is parking for 30 cars available on request and on the surrounding local roads.

We have a number of halls available for hire, ranging from our Main Hall with stage,
Dining Hall, Small Hall and various classrooms

Main Hall with Stage
• Suitable for all types of dancing; theatrical productions; concerts; large parties; wedding receptions; engagement parties
• Maximum 380 people standing
• Booking one or more of our other halls / rooms alongside this one can provide more space if needed
• Retractable tiered seating for up to 150 – can have extra seating on flat for further 120
• Sound system / lighting by arrangment
• Situated on the second floor with disabled access provided by lift
• Use of piano
• Chairs and rectangular tables can be provided

Dining Hall
• Wooden sprung floor
• Suitable for parties; formal / informal dinner parties; exercise classes / meetings; music / drama activities
• Maximum 200 seated, 250 standing
• Booking one or more of our other halls/rooms alongside this one can provide more space if needed
• Serving area with hotplates / chiller cabinets can be available
• Use of kitchens – please ask for more information
• Disabled access / toilet
• Chairs and rectangle tables can be provided

Small Hall

• Maximum numbers 40 seated, 60 standing
• Disabled access via lift to Main Hall, then up 6 stairs
• Suitable for children’s parties, play rehearsals, exercise classes, meetings, music and drama activities
• Booking one or more of our other halls / rooms alongside this one can provide more space if needed
• Use of piano
• Chairs and rectangular tables can be provided
