My husband & I got married here on New Years Eve 2005, I planned and booked it all within 4 weeks and they were very accommodating and helpful. The Christmas tree was up and and the room looked festive but not too much so. We had our photos taken outside where there is a lovely little courtyard with arches. Our only blip was with the music when we were signing the register which for some reason kept playing the same song over and over so we think it must have had just track one selected. Parking is quite limited so it’s best to make sure your guests leave plenty of time to find a space. We had a very relaxed day with a casual meal at a local restaurant and the Register Office is located within the vicinity of some of Southampton’s best which makes it great for a city civil ceremony.
