A magnificent Georgian Mansion, set in some 2500 acres of Richmond Park with spectacular views across the Thames valley to Windsor and Surrey.
The grounds are beautifully landscaped and include King Henry VIII mound. Previous occupiers include the Countess of Pembroke ~ “A close friend” of King George III, a Prime Minister and the philosopher, Bertrand Russell.
Richmond Park provides 2500 acres of classic English Parkland.
The Lodge is in one of the finest locations, on high ground with spectacular views to the West.
The Lodge has eleven acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with many wonderful photographic locations.
Pembroke Lodge is widely regarded as one of the finest wedding venues in South West London. A beautiful, listed Georgian Mansion with bright spacious rooms and fabulous views to the West, the Lodge has eleven acres of beautifully landscaped grounds and is situated on one of the highest points in Richmond Park which provides 2500 acres of classic English countryside.
Our wedding team is highly experienced, having organised hundreds of weddings at Pembroke Lodge, and they will be available to assist you in the planning of your special day, from inception through to completion. On the day of your wedding our Functions Manager acts as Master of Ceremonies and will attend to you and your guests throughout the celebration to ensure all of your wishes are met.
We can be completely flexible with your arrangements, ranging from just a marriage ceremony through to a full seated reception. Our excellent food and service is acknowledged by hundreds of letters of appeciation.
For larger weddings of up to 140 seated guests, we offer the custom-built Belvedere Room with its own terrace overlooking the Thames Valley.
For smaller weddings, up to 70 seated guests, the Russell Suite on the first floor of the old Lodge has been completely renovated and offers an exquisite ambience with enhanced views of the Thames Valley.

Pembroke Lodge are amazing. My wife and I got married there a few weeks ago and from the moment we first visited the venue looking for places to host our wedding their service was exceptional. The surroundings are lovely and the staff friendly and helpful. They made everything extremely easy and guided us through the process, from the initial organisation through the day itself. The food on the day was excellent and I really can’t praise the service highly enough – they are super efficient and know exactly what they’re doing so that everything runs smoothly with no problems. I would highly recommend this venue – if you’re considering it as a venue for your wedding then just go for it; you won’t be disappointed and you’ll have the best day of your life.
