Hatfield House in Hertfordshire, just 21 miles north of London, is a fine Jacobean House and Garden in a spectacular countryside setting.
Built by Robert Cecil, Ist Earl of Salisbury and Chief Minister to King James I from 1607 to 1611. There is a marvellous collection of pictures, furnishings and historic armour on display The Estate has been in the Cecil family for 400 years, one of England’s foremost political families.
Hatfield House, Park and Gardens is the perfect setting for your special day. You will be choosing a magnificent Grade I listed venue and we will offer you all the help and support you need to ensure a memorable occasion. The Hatfield House Hospitality team is highly experienced in the fine art of hospitality and will be available to help you plan the perfect day.
Hatfield Park is licensed for civil ceremonies to be held in the Old Palace Banqueting Hall and in the Riding School.
We can accommodate up to 300 for a Cocktail Party, 280 for a seated luncheon or dinner, or 200 for dinner with dancing. The rooms are flexible and can be arranged for a smaller number to feel comfortable.
Wedding receptions may continue into the evening. A dance floor can be provided and an evening buffet can be served.
We work with a selection of approved suppliers who will add all the finishing touches to your special day including theming, cakes, flowers, photography and music.
