Hidden in a Berkshire downland valley in glorious country, the great barns at Combe Manor make the perfect setting for a memorable wedding. These barns, attractively lit and elegantly decorated, in their romantic country setting, delight all the guests who come here. A survey of UK venues carried out by the Independent in 2003 found Combe Manor to be the 27th best in the country.
Combe Manor is a country house venue which we offer for exclusive use to those wishing to come here for a wedding, a party or for a corporate day.

The L-shaped position of the two great barns with a moveable stage in the angle, makes for a very flexible space. This enables us to seat an audience of over 150 for a civil wedding in the reception barn, which is licensed for such an event.

The guests can then pass into the dining barn, where they can enjoy a fully served meal shortly afterwards. During the summer months the barn courtyard provides a popular meeting place, where guests may sit down, stand, talk and enjoy a drink in the sun.

Each wedding at Combe is individually tailored to the personal requirements of the bride and groom. The barns can be decorated to particular specifications, the food can be chosen to reflect the taste of the couple concerned and the whole day can be organised according to everyone’s wishes.

We expect every wedding that is celebrated here to be unique, and our efforts are geared to this end.
