The grounds are perfect for your photographs, with some excellent vantage points available inside the building.

The peace and tranquility of this delightful Victorian manor house provides a truly romantic setting for both civil ceremonies and Wedding Receptions.

The southern wing, entered via the western porch, comprises the Red and Yellow Galleries and the Library. It can cater for up to 130 for a formal meal and 300 for more informal functions.

The Red Gallery and the Library are licensed to hold wedding ceremonies so if you are not keen about the traditional service or registry office why not exchange vows in the beautifully proportioned mahogony Library or the majestic charm of the Red Gallery.

In the evening the southern wing is perfect for a party with a band or a disco in the Yellow Gallery leaving the Library and the Red Gallery free for the bar and conversation.

The northern suite, entered via the eastern door, can cater for a maximum of around 70 for formal sittings and up to 180 for a ‘party style’. The beautiful oak panelled Dining Room is the centerpiece with the Morning Room and the Family Library completing the suite.
Both suites lend themselves to evening parties with ample space for bands or discos, bars and seating areas.

Stanton Manor is a fabulous place to have your wedding. The hotel is a very easy venue for your guests to get to, yet set in beautiful grounds and Wiltshire countryside. Our banqueting rooms can hold up to 80 people but we would be happy to erect a marquee on our lawns to accommodate up to 200.

Stanton Manor’s gardens have always provided a fabulous backdrop for weddings. The planting in 2004/05 has now substantially enhanced the venue’s 6 acre gardens, incorporating a plethora of flowers, trees, shrubs, a dovecote and pond/fountain.

The Ceremony
The licensed rooms are the Fitzmaurice Room and the Clanmaurice Room, all of which have been beautifully decorated by Lady Lansdowne. Flowers can be organised through our Club Florist and a facility for providing music can be arranged.

The Reception
We can cater for up to 200 guests in the Kerry Suite.
