The Coach House – accommodating from 50 to 148 guests

Please note that no food or drinks may be sold or consumed in the room which a marriage ceremony takes place for one hour prior or during that ceremony

The Royal Chace Hotel has specialised in organising and holding both formal and informal wedding receptions for over thirty years. You can choose from a range of function rooms, catering for up to 230 guests. Each of the suites has been tastefully designed, all are air-conditioned and have private bar facilities plus dancing areas for evening receptions.

The Royal Chace Hotel is also licensed to hold civil wedding ceremonies – ten function rooms are available for between 10 and 230 guests.

The hotel has picturesque courtyards and gardens which offer a wonderful backdrop for your wedding photographs. These areas are also extremely popular in the summer months for pre-reception drinks.

There are a range of catering options available and you can either choose from a special wedding menu or a menu can be complied especially for your wedding event.

Weddings at The Great Conservatory, Syon Park

Syon House is the last surviving ducal residence complete with its country estate in Greater London. Take a look round the the Duke of Northumberland’s London home, view the magnificent State and Private Apartments and enjoy the spectacular Great Conservatory and 40 acres of gardens.
The crowning glory of Syon Park’s gardens is the Great Conservatory. The 3rd Duke of Northumberland commissioned Charles Fowler to build a new conservatory in 1826, the first of its kind to be built out of gunmetal, Bath stone and glass. It was originally designed to act as a show house for the Duke’s exotic plants and inspired Joseph Paxton in his designs for the Crystal Palace.
Syon Park is delighted to offer the magnificient Great Hall in Syon House for civil ceremonies (maximum 120 seated guests), and is most suitable for hire on Fridays and Saturdays from April to October each year. Post-ceremony drinks can be served in charming inner courtyard, a parterre garden with fountain and perfumed white flowers. Alternatively in unkind weather, it is possible to use the State Dining Room.

In formal procession, guests then follow the bride and groom via the wooded, secluded Queen’s Walk to the magnificent Great Conservatory. Most wedding receptions take place in the Great Conservatory, running from 18.00 hours to midnight (with guests leaving by 01.00 hours). Candles and amplified music are all welcomed in this stunning venue in the gardens. The Great Conservatory can accommodate 150 guests for a seated meal, or up 200 for a standing buffet reception.

For smaller, more intimate wedding breakfasts, with an emphasis on fine dining and with no requirement for amplified music or dancing, it is also possible to hire one of the magificient rooms within Syon House itself. The stunning State Dining Room in Syon House is also now licensed for civil marriage ceremonies and partnerships for up to 50 seated guests, and this smaller venue is available all year-round subject to conservation works.
