The early Georgian inspired Dinning Room creates a stunning setting with its beutiful walnut panelling and incredible plaster-work. Ideally suited for up to 70 guests, the dinning room creates the perfect setting for an intimate wedding and in the summer month the doors are opened to reveal one of the spectacular lime tree avenues.
The stunning Music Room is a wonderful entertaiment room, accompanied by its spectacular wall paneling, carvings, elaborate plaster work and period paintings by Giovanni Cipriani, will take your breath away.

Lakeside Marquee
This picturesque waterside location is a fabulous outdoor venue to entertain your wedding guests.

Tucked behind a steeped wall in Thornton Manor’s extensive grounds, the lakeside marquee is a popular choice for marriage celebrations and makes a fantastic venue for warm summer weddings.

Nestled at the side of the lake, which was created for the first Viscount during the early part of the last century, is an elegant and luxurious white marquee that will cater for up to 400 guests.

Waterside Pavilion
This exquisite secret garden location is set in Thornton Manor’s magical woodland dell.

A luxurious and elegant marquee, which can accommodate up to 200 people, is set by the waterside location found at the end of an impressive tree-lined driveway. A truly mouth-opening location reminiscent of a fairytale, the idyllic waterside pavilion is surrounded by a series of delightful lily ponds and beautiful curved wooden bridges and boasts sensational views..

The Waterside Pavilion is also set close to the thatched cricked pavilion, which is now in the process of being converted into accommodation.

The Shelley is our main restaurant and is also available for weddings, ideal for civil ceremonies and small receptions. Formally the drawing room of the original Manor House, it looks out onto the Carriage Drive and The Rose Garden and is decorated in traditional style. Comfortably accommodates up to 45 guests.
